Enhanced Veterans Solutions (EVS) Inc. is hiring for full time Junior Help Desk Specialists to support one of our Government contracts at Scott AFB.
This is a 24/7 operation so there are shifts available on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.
Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision.
Provides telephone support to end users on a variety of issues. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Responds to telephone calls and email requests for technical support.
- Possesses 1 year experience that includes 1 years in a specialized area. Specialized experience includes knowledge of PC operating systems, e.g., DOS, Windows, as well as networking and mail standards and experience in supporting a help desk.
- General experience includes information systems development and other work in the client/server field or related fields. Has demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing and a positive customer service attitude.
- Active Interim Clearance
- Meet DOD 8570 Level I requirement (A+ or Net + Certification)
- High school Diploma or equivalent
